Who may use GenX OS

GenX OS is for GenX WiFi staff and people GenX WiFi invites. Clients may open the proposal and invoice links GenX WiFi sends them without an account.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what is done with your account. Tell GenX WiFi straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Acceptable use

• Use GenX OS only for GenX WiFi's business.
• Do not try to reach information or features your role does not allow.
• Do not interfere with GenX OS or the services it connects to.

QuickBooks Online

Connecting GenX OS to a QuickBooks Online company allows it to read and write that company's accounting data as described in the privacy policy. Only an administrator of the QuickBooks company can connect it, and it can be disconnected at any time from GenX OS or from inside QuickBooks. Intuit's own terms continue to apply to your use of QuickBooks. QuickBooks is a trademark of Intuit Inc.; GenX OS is not made or endorsed by Intuit.

Proposals and invoices

A proposal or invoice is governed by its own terms and by any agreement between GenX WiFi and the client, not by these terms.

Availability

We work to keep GenX OS available and accurate, but it is provided as is, and it may sometimes be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, GenX WiFi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using or being unable to use GenX OS.

Ending access

GenX WiFi may suspend or end access to GenX OS at any time, for example when someone leaves the company or breaks these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New York.

Changes

We will post any changes to these terms on this page, with a new effective date.
